If you intend to invite colleagues to participate in the sourcing event, please follow these steps:
Firstly, ensure that your colleagues are associated with your company. To achieve this:
- Navigate to the admin page and select Users and Roles > Users
- Click on “Invite associate”
- Provide the email address of the user you wish to invite to register in Prospeum.
- Add a message and assign a role.
- After configuring the settings, click on Send invitation.
Once your colleague has completed the registration process, you can invite them to join the project.
- Navigate to the tender space and proceed to the Team Tab.
- Click on “Add team member.”
- Assign a role
- After configuring the settings, click on Add Team Member.
Roles description:
- Author: Grants full access to the user.
- Contributor: Allows your colleague to provide answers in the questionnaire, make bid submissions, and ask questions to the customer. However, they will not be able to make final submissions or manage the team.
- Viewer: Permits the user to review the project and your submission without the ability to make changes.
