The Submission tab in the Tender Space provides an overview of proposal activities and submission status.
Remember that only during submission phases can proposals be submitted.
Proposals may include completing a questionnaire, submitting documents, providing commercial information in the bid table, or both.
The Submission tab offers convenient access to these requirements, ensuring ease in completing and submitting proposals.
Simply head to the Submission tab board, in the Mandatory Questions section, click on "Answer" to continue, which will then take you to the Questionnaire tab.
Similarly, locate the Price Sheet completion section. Click on "View and Answer" to proceed, which will direct you to the Bid Table tab.
Declining submission
After reviewing the project information, if you determine that the project is not suitable, you have the option to decline the submission. To do so, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "Submission" tab.
- Click on "Decline to submit." This action will notify procurement. Please note that this action cannot be undone by you.
Submitting a proposal
Once you are satisfied with the offer you have provided, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the submission tab.
- Select "Submit proposal."
- You will notice that the label changes from “No submission” to “Submission successful.”
- Once your offer is submitted, you will not be able to make changes. However, you can revoke your submission if you need to edit your answers again.
