- Navigate to the Submission tab board, and within the Price Sheet completion section, select "View and Answer" to proceed. This will redirect you to the Bid Table tab.
- Similarly, you can access to the bid table directly by clicking on the Bid Table tab within the Tender Space.

Once you're in the tab, you can navigate through the various bid tables that require your input.
- To fill the bid table, you have two options:
- 1) Directly in the web application
- 2) In Microsoft Excel.
Directly in the web application
- To fill in the supplier columns assigned to you, simply hover over the cell and click on the pencil icon that appears to edit.
- Once you've entered the requested data in a cell, press ENTER on your keyboard.
- Your response should match the format specified by the procurement team.
- Once you've filled in the required fields, click on "Mark complete."
- Similarly, you can fill in any other bid tables if they exist.
In Microsoft Excel
- Click on the Excel icon located at the bottom of the bid tables.
- In the popup window, click on Download.
- Provide your answers in the Excel file in the relevant columns and save it.
- Now, proceed to click once more on the Excel icon within the Bid table tab.
- Here, you can upload the completed Excel document.
- You can choose whether you want the bid table to be marked as completed once the document is uploaded.
- To finish, click on Upload.
