In this section, you will find the mandatory questionnaires for submitting a proposal. Additionally, we offer the necessary tools for answering these questionnaires and for any inquiries you may have.
Here's how to proceed:
- Navigate to the Submission tab board, and within the Mandatory Questions section, select "Answer" to proceed. This will redirect you to the Questionnaire tab.

- Once in the Questionnaire tab you can review it
- To answer the questionnaire, you have two options.
- 1) Directly in the web application
- 2) In Microsoft Excel.
- Please consider that if you choose to provide written answers in Excel, you will not be able to include graphics or tables in the editor, as you would in the web application.
Answering in the web application.
- To answer a question, simply click on "Click here to answer" located below each question title.
- A text editor will be displayed, where you can input your response.
- Once you have finished, click on the bottom right icon to Save.
Answering in Excel
- Click on "Edit in Excel"
- Confirm in the popup window by clicking on Download.
- Provide your answers in the Excel file in the relevant columns and save it.
- Now, proceed to click once more on the Excel icon within the Bid table tab.
- Here, you can upload the completed Excel document.
- All answers will be overwritten with the new answers you provide.
Key information to take into account:
- If you wish to attach files, save your answer first. Then, you will be able to upload files by clicking on the button below "Attached Answer Files".
- You can find tags accompanying each question, indicating the lot and whether they are mandatory.
- Remember, as a supplier, you are able to answer the questionnaire only when the project is in the submission phase.
