If you have questions, comments or recommendations throughout the project that you wish to provide to your customer please use the Q&A Tools available.
You'll find the question icon in various sections of the Roadmap, Statement of Work, and Questionnaire. This allows you to communicate any necessary messages to the procurement team regarding a particular section.
To do this:
- Click on the question icon.
- In the popup window, enter the title for your question and provide detailed information in the following field.
- To finish, click on "Ask Question."
Another way to submit questions is by going to the vertical widget bar, located on the right side of the page.
- Here, click on the question icon.
- A popup window will appear
- Click on New Question
- Here, you can create and submit your question.
To follow up on your question, in the tender space:
- Click on "Supplier Questions," the red button located in the top right corner of the page.
- Here, you can check the responses to your questions in the "Your Questions and Answer" tab.
- Additionally, you can access "Public Answers" and "Public Announcements," which provide important information to all participating suppliers in the tender.
- Finally, you also have access to the Messages tool, which allows you to communicate via instant messaging with your customer.
