Procedure:
- Check the status of supplier offers by clicking on "Suppliers and Offers" at the top. Here, you can view the current status of the suppliers.
- Identify the submitted offers from the suppliers. You can see which suppliers have submitted their offers. There might also be "knock-out" criteria that have been set to indicate whether a supplier meets them without being excluded from the tender.
- Note that the offers are currently sealed. To access the offers, you need to unseal them.
- Click on "Release Offers" to allow access to the offers. Confirm the action.
- Review the offers. Depending on the chosen format of the offer sheet, you may already see the total value of the offer. If there's a price sheet without a total sum column, you might not see it.
- You have various options to view the details of the offer. If there are attachments, you can download them. You can also view the complete offer to get a quick overview of individual items.
- You can click on "Evaluate Price" to examine the price sheet in detail. This will be explained further in the evaluation mode.
- Note that you can also evaluate the questionnaire if it was included in the tender. Click on "Evaluate Questionnaire" to view and assess the suppliers' responses.
- You've now gained basic access to the offers. The next video will explain in more detail how you can evaluate these offers.
Note: The guide will continue in the next video to provide detailed information on evaluating the offers.
