Procedure
- Utilize the task feature for internal communication. Click on "Management" and create new tasks. Link relevant elements if necessary or use hashtags for referencing.
- Delegated tasks can be found under the "Delegated Tasks" tab. Mark a task as completed by checking the box.
- Leave internal notes that are visible only to colleagues.
- For communication with suppliers, use the Question Tool or the widget. Click on the respective button to access it.
- Suppliers can submit questions that you, as the procurement organization, can view.
- Review the questions asked and the answers already provided. Use filtering options to display unanswered questions.
- Click on a question to send a direct response only to the concerned supplier.
- Select multiple questions to compose public answers that are viewable by all suppliers.
- Edit the questions and define your response. Send the answers, which will then be visible to suppliers.
- Utilize public announcements to inform suppliers about important information. Provide a title, text, and optionally, an attachment.
- If needed, you can also use the chat function to communicate individually with suppliers.
