Procedure:
- Go to the evaluation section and make sure to take note of the "Pitches" item. This additional point allows you to include more vendors, presentations, or introduction rounds in the evaluation.
- To create a pitch, click on "Pitches" A first round is already set up.
- Go to the settings of the pitch. Specify which vendors should participate in this first round. Choose an active evaluator from your team for the pitch.
- Proceed to the evaluation criteria and, if necessary, drag in an existing template for the pitch or set criteria manually.
- Enter a description for each criterion to ensure that your colleagues understand it better during the evaluation session.
- In the second step, determine how you want to weight the criteria. For instance, you can weigh both criteria at 50% each.
- Once the pitch is set up, you can add more rounds or go directly to the pitch to start the evaluation.
- In the evaluation mode, you can select which supplier you want to assess. Leave notes if needed.
- Provide your evaluations for each criterion. Repeat the process for the next supplier in line.
- You can view users' evaluation results and filter them by individual criteria to get a detailed overview.
- In the evaluation summary, you'll see the impact of the pitch on the supplier's overall rating. Refer to the weighting table to understand the criterion's influence on the overall rating.
Note: Ensure that your organizational settings have activated the pitch. With this guide, you can incorporate pitch into your tender and integrate them into the evaluation.
