Procedure:
- Make sure you are in the active evaluation phase. The phase must be of the "Evaluations" type to perform manual evaluations.
- Click on "Evaluate Questionnaire" to start evaluating the questionnaire. Ensure that the assigned questionnaire evaluators are able to assess the questions.
- In the view, you'll see the different suppliers who have answered the questionnaire on the left side. The columns represent individual questions. Switch between questionnaire sections if needed.
- Review the suppliers' responses. Click on "Evaluate Questionnaire" to view full-text answers that may include images or other elements.
- Take note of which questions are automatically scored and which need to be manually evaluated. Auto-scoring questions are already automatically evaluated. For questions that need manual evaluation, click on the star next to the question and enter your rating. Optionally, you can add a comment.
- After evaluating the questionnaire, you can move on to evaluating the price sheets or custom price sheet. Click on "Evaluate Price List."
- Select the decision column through which you want to evaluate. You can choose the total price, individual unit prices, or other criteria.
- Decide whether you want to perform individual item ratings or a simple evaluation. Choose the desired evaluation method.
- Enter your evaluation, such as the minimum price or the average across individual items.
- Save the evaluation. The system will display the most cost-effective supplier based on your evaluation method.
- Review the automatically populated result for the most cost-effective supplier. Note that the questionnaire was also automatically evaluated.
- If applicable, you can also manually evaluate specific criteria like location. Click on "Special Criteria" and assign individual points for each supplier. You can also add comments.
- Refresh the page to see how the special criteria impact the evaluation.
Note: Depending on the structure of your tender, a significant portion of the evaluation may occur automatically. Keep in mind that the Beauty Contest and other special criteria will be covered in a separate video, if present.
