Procedure
- After evaluating the bids, navigate to the "Results and Award" tab.
- Review the overview where you can filter evaluation results by various criteria, such as the best-performing supplier.
- You can also access additional evaluation results, including Beauty Contests conducted with suppliers.
- However, the crucial part is the award process. Utilize the Kanban board to move suppliers back and forth.
- For instance, you can retest a supplier, award them a contract, or reject their offer.
- Pay attention to the project settings, especially the "Notify suppliers directly on project closure" option. If enabled, the supplier will automatically receive a rejection email. However, you can also disable this option and manually send the notification.
- Move the supplier to "Reject" if you wish to decline their offer. In this case, you'll need to manually send the rejection message.
- If you want to award the supplier, assume that you're awarding the project to them in Prospeum.
- Review the award settings and select the relevant lots. When moving the supplier to "Award," the system will ask you to assign lots to the supplier.
- Choose the appropriate lots and click on "Award." The supplier will now be allocated. However, manually send the notification to the supplier by clicking "Send" as well.
- Review the final results to see the total amount awarded and to which suppliers.
- Click on the supplier to view further details about the awarded task.
- Congratulations! You have successfully completed the project award process in Prospeum.
