Procedure
1. Create Questionnaire
- Open the tender for which you want to create a questionnaire.
- Click on "Create Questionnaire" if this option is available.
- You can also import existing templates by clicking on "Template" and selecting the desired template.
2. Create a Section
- Create a section, for example, "Question Section One."
- Save the section to proceed.
3. Add Questions
- Add individual questions within the section.
- Click "Add" to create a new question.
- Give the question a title, such as "Question One."
- Optionally, you can add an additional description.
- Define whether the question is mandatory or optional.
4. Choose the Question Type
- Select a question type from the available options: Yes/No Question, Free Text Question, Multiple Choice Question, or Single Choice Question.
- Note that for closed question types other than free text questions, an auto-scoring can be configured.
5. Configure Auto-Scoring (if applicable)
- For questions with auto-scoring, you can set the evaluation criteria.
- For a Yes/No Question, you can define the correct answer and the lowest score.
- For Multiple Choice Questions, you can set different scoring options, such as exact scoring, functionality, exclusion, or point allocation.
6. Add Reviewers (if applicable)
- If the question is not automatically scored (e.g., free text questions), add reviewers who are allowed to score the question.
- Review and edit the settings for optional or mandatory questions.
7. Manage Sections and Questions
- You can add, delete, or reassign sections.
- You can edit, delete, or make further settings for questions.
8. Review and Save
- Review the created questionnaire for completeness and accuracy.
- Save the questionnaire to use it for the tender.
