Procedure:
1. Create at Least One Phase
- Start with an empty roadmap.
- Define at least one phase.
- Click on "Add New Phase."
- Specify the phase type, which comes with different permissions.
2. Setting the Phase
- Choose the phase type according to your requirements.
- Note that a simple tender can consist of a single phase.
- When adding a new phase, you need to define the phase type.
3. Create a Submission Phase
- If you intend to use only one phase for the tender, make sure it's a submission phase.
- In a submission phase, suppliers can upload their bids.
- Ensure you also have an evaluation phase to perform assessment if needed.
4. Set Up an Invitation Phase
- Start with the invitation phase where you can assign a title and description.
- Both the title and description are visible to suppliers.
- Set start and end dates for the invitation phase.
5. Automatic Start of a Phase
- If you set a start date for the first phase, it will automatically begin at the designated time.
- The tender will start automatically with the first phase.
- Choose start and end dates for the phase and save the settings.
6. Manual Start of a Tender
- If you want to manually start the tender, remove the start date for the first phase.
- A "Go Live Now" button will appear, which you can use later to start the tender manually.
7. Adding Additional Phases
- You can add more phases to the roadmap by clicking on "Add New Phase."
- Ensure that the phases are arranged in the correct order.
- Phases can be edited or deleted as needed.
8. Note the Submission Phase
- It's important to always have a submission phase in the roadmap.
- In the submission phase, suppliers can upload or submit their bids.
- After the submission phase expires, the ability to upload bids will be blocked for suppliers.
