Procedure
- Ensure that the lots have been set up in the evaluation settings.
- Open the questionnaire and add a second section if necessary (Section Two).
- When creating the section, check if it should be assigned to a specific lot. Note that this setting is only available as long as no lots have been assigned.
- To retroactively assign a section (Section One) that hasn't been assigned to any lot to a specific lot, go to settings and click on "Assign Lot."
- The corresponding lot will either be automatically assigned, or you can click on it to change it manually.
- If desired, you can also specify whether both sections should be counted towards a lot.
- To allocate the prices to the respective lots, click on the "Edit" button next to the price list at the top.
- Assign the prices to the lots accordingly.
Note: By following these steps, you have successfully assigned the lots in your tender to the corresponding questionnaire sections or workspaces.
