Procedure
- Open your tender and navigate to the pricing section.
- Select "Create New Price Sheet."
- Choose one of the available pricing options:
a) Direct calculation with information gathering: This option asks for both person-days and daily rates to calculate a total amount.
b) Itemized Table: Here, you can list individual items and specify quantities and prices per item to automatically calculate a total.
c) Custom Price Sheet: You can define custom columns for both the buyer and supplier. - If available, choose a preconfigured template or create a custom price sheet.
- If you select the Itemized Table, you can add individual items and set quantities. The supplier will input the price per item.
- If using a custom price sheet, define the buyer and supplier columns. You can set additional information and settings for each column.
- Add additional columns as needed, such as a total column to calculate the overall sum across all entries.
- Add rows and input the relevant information.
- Save the price sheet.
Note: A separate video explains how to select individual columns and evaluate the price sheet.
