Procedure:
1. Introduction and Overview
- After the evaluation settings, we now turn our attention to the offer settings.
- Here, the goal is to define the submission formats for suppliers so that they can respond to the tenders.
2. Selection of Submission Formats
- In this example, we have chosen a questionnaire and a price sheet, but a total of five submission formats are available.
- These formats can be combined in principle, although some combinations are less meaningful.
3. Using the Questionnaire and Price Sheet
- The questionnaire is used to gather qualitative information from suppliers.
- With a price sheet, you, as the purchasing organization or buyer, can specify the information the supplier needs to enter.
- You define the structure of the price sheet, and the supplier must adhere to it.
4. Free Submission Formats
- There are two free submission formats where the supplier can define their own structure.
- These formats make sense in specific use cases but should not be combined with work packages or material cases.
5. Work Packages and Payment Material
- With work packages, the supplier can define the work packages they offer for the project.
- Additionally, in both models, additional costs can be specified, such as travel expenses.
- In the Payment Material, the supplier can create their own project team at the individual level and set daily rates for different roles.
6. Use Cases and Benefits
- There are two different use cases, especially in the allocation of service services.
- With the price sheet, you can compare daily rates by specifying skill levels.
- In a specific project, the supplier has more flexibility as they can assign individuals with the same skill level but different daily rates.
7. Offer Documents
- The offer documents format allows suppliers to upload free proposal documents.
- You can define the type of documents you want to receive.
