Tender Space Overview

Procedure:

  1. After creating a tender, you will find yourself in the tender space or project space.
  2. The project space is the central location where the entire tender process takes place.
  3. Here, you can manage the team, invite suppliers, and collaborate with them.
  4. Evaluate and award bids within the tender space.
  5. The structure of the tender space is generally consistent, but it may vary depending on the specific configuration of the tender.
  6. Further details about the tabs and their functions will be explained in separate videos.
  7. If you want to access the tender again later, you have various options.
  8. From the dashboard, you can access the tender under "Ongoing Tender Projects."
  9. You can also click on "Projects" at the top and then navigate to "Procurement Projects." There, you will find a list of all tenders that you can generally access.
  10. You can even filter by your own projects to display only the tenders you've created and thus access the tender again.

Note: Make sure you know how to access the tender space to track and manage important information, communication, and progress related to the tender.
