If you are in the submission phase, you can submit an offer.
Depending on the type of project, you will be asked to answer a questionnaire and append documents, or provide commercial information in the bidtable, or both.
Once you are satisfied with the offer you provided, please navigate to the submission tab and submit your offer.
Answering the questionnaire
To answer the questionnaire, you have two options. 1) Directly in the Webapplication 2) In Microsoft Excel. Please consider, that if you choose to provide written answers in Excel, you will not be able to include graphics or tables in the editor, as you would in the webapplication.
1. Answering in the webapplication
- Click on "Questionnaire"
- Click on "Answer Questionnaire"
- You will now be able to answer questions
- Please save every answer you provide
- If you wish to attach files, save your answer first. Then, you will be able to upload files
- If a question is marked as mandatory (blue ribbon), the question is mandatory
2. Answering in Excel
- Click on "Edit in Excel"
- Click on Download
- Provide your answers in the excel file in the relevant columns
- To upload your answers, drag the excel file into the download area that opens once "Edit in Excel" is clicked
- All answers will be overwritten with the new answers you provide
- If you wish to attach files, please follow the steps in (1)
Providing a commercial bid
- Click on bidtable
- Please fill in all supplier columns specified by your customer
- Please do not use decimal indicators ("." or ",")
- Once you are content, please press Save
