On the tender room you will find all the relevant information about a project. Here you can prepare an offer, manage your team, interact with suppliers among other things. The project space is separate in tabs with different functions:
- Roadmap: In the roadmap you will find the project phases. You can do different actions depending on the phase that you are because each phase has a different function.
- Project: Here you will find all the information about the project and additional documents that you can download.
- Questionnaire: On questionnaire tab you will find all the questions about the project. As supplier you can only answer the questionnaire if the project is in submission phase.
- Bid Table: Here you will find the structure of your offer. As supplier here you will send your bid only if the project is in submission phase.
- Scorecard: On scorecard tab you can assig scores to questionnaire and bidtable section.
- Team: Here you can invite colleagues to help you editing the project depending of the role that you assign to each one, they will have early access to the project.
- Suppliers: On supplier tab you will be able to invite the suppliers that you prefer to your project.
- Sourcing information: Here you can edit some information and settings of the project. You can select if the project will be exclusively for onboarded suppliers or not, and select the onboarding process.
