In the Roadmap tab, you will find the phases the sourcing project is split into.
Your customer will specify the process, and provide detailed information of his expectation within the phases.
During submission periods, you and your team will be able to make submissions. You will see if you are in a submission phase, as the relevant phases have a green banner:

Please make your submission in a submission phase. You will not be able to make submissions in other project phases.
