- You must have the necessary permissions to access the Suppliers section and Commodity Group Administration.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to Commodity Group Administration.
In the top navigation bar, click on Suppliers. Open the Administration.
From the dropdown menu, select Commodity Group Administration.Select a Commodity Group.
You will now see a list of all available commodity groups. Click on the name of the group you want to manage (e.g., IT). To view subgroups, click the arrow icon to the left of a main group.Navigate to Goal Management.
After selecting the commodity group, you will be in its management dashboard. In the left navigation bar, click on Goals.Add a New Goal.
In the Your Goals section, click the gray plus icon (+) to create a new goal.- Define the Goal.
In the Add goal side panel on the right, you can now set the details for your new goal. Fill in the relevant fields, such as Title, Description, Priority, and Deadline. Then, click Save. Add Measures to the Goal.
Your newly created goal will now appear as a tile (e.g., Cost Reductions). Click on this tile to edit it.Create a New Measure.
In the Edit goal side panel on the right, scroll down to the Measures section. Click the Add measures button to define specific actions that will contribute to achieving the goal.

- Automatic Progress: A goal's progress is automatically calculated based on the completed measures. For example, if a goal has 10 measures and 3 of them are completed, the goal's progress bar will automatically show 30% completion.
