Prospeum offers an efficient system for sending and evaluating supplier questionnaires. Two types of questionnaires are distinguished: System questionnaires (Maturity Assessments) and Supplier questionnaires.
System questionnaires are provided by Prospeum and can be sent directly to suppliers. To do this, simply use the "System Questionnaire" action button in the supplier overview. You can create a customized view containing relevant filters to address the appropriate suppliers. Then, click on "System Questionnaire" to send out the questionnaires. You can track the return of the questionnaires under "Campaigns >> Risk Assessment Status".
Furthermore, you have the option to create your own supplier questionnaires in the self-service mode. The dispatch of these supplier questionnaires is done through the "Questionnaire Campaign" action button in the supplier overview. Here, we also recommend that you create an individual view with relevant filters in order to address the appropriate suppliers. After clicking on "Questionnaire Campaign," a campaign is created. You can track the return of these supplier questionnaires under "Campaigns >> Questionnaires."
