Procedure
If a supplier does not wish to complete a questionnaire, we can withdraw the request. In this case, the supplier will no longer receive reminders to fill out and provide the questionnaire.
- Navigate to the supplier's profile.
- Click on the "System Questionnaires" tab.
- Select "Requested Questionnaires"
- Delete your request.
