Prospeum enables the initiation of supplier-specific prevention measures using free-text fields. These measures can be assigned to either your own employees or the suppliers. Additionally, there is the option to set a due date for the measures. The progress of the measures can be documented and tracked. To enhance collaboration between the involved parties, comments can be added, and relevant attachments can be uploaded.
Upon the successful completion of a measure, it is necessary to provide comments and assess its success. This comprehensive approach facilitates the implementation and monitoring of prevention measures, enhancing the effectiveness of collaboration between the company and its suppliers.
Measures can be documented either directly in the supplier's profile or associated with a specific individual risk in the risk inventory. If you do not have access to the "Measures" tab, we kindly ask you to contact Prospeum to activate the corresponding module. This will provide you with the opportunity to systematically and efficiently capture and manage prevention measures, optimizing the handling of risks.
