Procedure
- To create an action at the supplier level, start by navigating to the relevant supplier, such as Amazon, and then click on the "Actions" tab.
- Here, you can easily add an action for the supplier Amazon by entering the relevant information and saving it.
- You also have the option to create actions from the management view. To do this, go to "Suppliers" and then to "Action Management". Here, you will see all ongoing actions that have been defined in your company, along with their current status.
- You can view and edit the actions here. Additionally, you can also add a new action from this view. However, note that in this case, you will need to manually select the supplier as there is no automatic assignment. Therefore, you can also create an action from this view.
- For action management, certain filtering functions are available for you to work with. You can access the action and make adjustments to its progress.
- You can set the progress of the action. Use the comment function to inform your colleagues of any changes that may have occurred in certain matters over time, thus documenting the progress of the actions.
