Procedure:
- During the risk analysis, identify suppliers who do not fulfill specific requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act or similar provisions.
- Create a risk inventory entry to capture the identified risk in the risk inventory. To do this, click on "Actions" and then on "Risk Inventory Entry" if you have knowledge about such problematic issues.
- Select the corresponding risk inventory entry in the risk inventory. You will already find some preset information there and can provide additional details for prioritization.
- Fill out the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk to determine the priority of the risk. Once you have filled out these fields, a priority for the risk will be generated automatically.
- In the second step, proceed to define appropriate measures for the prioritized risks. To do this, select the risk inventory entry. Scroll down and click on "Add Measures."
- Enter the required details such as title, status, and description of the measure. Also, indicate who is responsible for implementing the measure and by when it should be completed. Choose whether it is a preventive or corrective measure.
- Save the measure.
- The measure is now directly linked to the risk inventory entry and can be forwarded to the relevant authority (e.g., Bafög) for reporting if necessary.
Please note that further information on managing measures will be covered in a separate video on the topic of measures.
